Three sons, around 40 years old, are taken on a forest expedition by their elderly father. The father, eager to teach his city-dwelling children about survival, manliness, and resourcefulness, decides to abandon them to the forest, stealing their phones, GPS, and other devices. They must find their way home on their own. Unfortunately, the father gets lost and must rely on the help of a quirky old hunter who maintains the forest's peace and keeps his beloved bear safe.

Of different age, they brought with them various stories, but all chose freedom, even for the price of the most basic comforts. The only place equipped with electricity is a makeshift Internet café run by Rob which serves “the best coffee in the neighbourhood”.
