Biography
César Hernández is a young Venezuelan director and screenwriter, born in Maracay and graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Cine in Caracas in 2024. During his studies, he directed two short films: Requiem (2021) and Chiche (2023). The latter was awarded Best Documentary Short Film at the prestigious Caracas Doc festival, consolidating his place in the Venezuelan film scene. In 2023, he also participated in the Audiovisual University Competition of the Venezuelan Film Festival, representing the Escuela Nacional de Cine.
