Sharon is a single mother with a possessive girlfriend and a controlling boss. She escapes her reality by watching and photographing her attractive neighbor, Michal, who lives across the street. One magical night brings these two women together, giving each the strength to make essential changes in their lives. The film stars Avital Dicker (LIFE ACCORDING TO AGFA, 1993 SFJFF).

“All my movies are personal without being autobiographical,” says Avi Nesher, a filmmaker who combines his personal life and the history of Israel in his films. This documentary examines the DNA of Nesher’s cinematic creations , which include musicals, dramas, and comedies, chronicling the homeland in which he started his career at the age of 24 and where he continues to create at 71.

At 80 years of age, Colonel David Rokni is preparing to command the national ceremony of Israel's Independence Day. Just like in each of the last 30 years, he goes through an arduous series of training, routine formation and foot drills for the traditional military parade - a job no other person is capable of. A week before the ceremony, disaster strikes unexpectedly. For the first time, Rokni has to cope with an unfamiliar situation during a ceremony that would transform his life.

A naïve documentary filmmaker, heavily armed with 3 cameras and a purple draped stage, sets out to roam his beloved country on his cheap motorcycle in order to bring to the screen the ultimate truth of his people. The racist and violent reality reflected from his people’s words increasingly darken his heart and vanquish his dream, until he is forced to confront his deepest fears through encounters with characters drawn from his tormented soul.
