Toshiaki Okura

A prison island where criminals are isolated from society. Yoshioka repeatedly clashes with the guards, and after Kubota is captured and badly injured, the two are thrown into solitary confinement and beaten relentlessly. Amid the violence, Oogami (Yu Matsuda), the hospital’s chief, orders that they be treated. The next day, Yoshioka and thirty other inmates are taken to a classroom. Half a day after the killing begins— Yoshioka and his allies, having failed to escape the island, hide in an abandoned hotel. They are soon attacked by Nakagawa (DAIKI) and his group. Though they manage to fight them off, Yoshioka senses something is wrong. He discovers GPS transmitters implanted in their necks—and turns the system against the guards. After securing weapons and supplies, Yoshioka and his crew finally confront Sakata and his guards in an all-out showdown. The explosive conclusion to this brutal trilogy.

Yoshioka (Tatsuya Nakazawa), imprisoned for killing a yakuza boss, and Kubota (Koki Tora), jailed for murdering his own father, are sent to a prison island where only death awaits.
