Pedro and Felipe are two 11-year-old boys who are very different but fall in love with each other. However, they will have to face prejudice and their own insecurities to be together.

On a Wednesday morning, Suiá, a 19-year-old transgender woman, and Rai, an 18-year-old cisgender woman, embark on the journey of preparing the Amalá ritual. After the ritual, they go home together. As they get home, a passionate kiss triggers insecurities in Rai that shakes Suiá. In the next morning, Rai returns determined to make things right.

Based on the theme of sisterly love, this short film explores the emotional universe of a child by focusing on the main character's feelings and her concerns. But, more than anything, Aquarium is about the love that two sisters feel for each other – which is bigger than anything and everything.
