Victoria Baltag is a Romanian film director. She has a degree in Sociology and Journalism from the University of Bucharest. In 2010 she completed a master's degree in Management at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, and in 2011 a master's degree in Film, History and Television at the University of Birmingham.
