Biography
Maria Jorge is a portuguese art director and filmmaker, mastered in Audiovisual Communication in Escola Superior de Media Artes e Design — IPP, currently based in Porto, Portugal. Maria’s filmmaking is inspired by humoristic takes on daily events, shower thoughts and exchanges of ideas with other people. When working in the art department, she explores a diverse range of sources to compose a set with props that challenge her creativity, trying new ways of doing things. Currently, Maria has been working on new projects such as short films and commercials.
