Kaisei Takechi

Sasuke is a Japanese sports entertainment television special in which 100 competitors attempt to complete a four stage obstacle course. An edited version, renamed Ninja Warrior, is screened in at least 18 other countries. To date, Sasuke content has been shown in 157 countries. Shot on location at Midoriyama studio in Yokohama, it airs on the Tokyo Broadcasting System between Japanese television drama seasons. Each 3-hour special covers an entire competition; there are normally 100 participants. There have been 29 specials, approximately one new special per season. The show is produced by Monster9 and is one of the spin-offs of Muscle Ranking, another sports entertainment competition, which currently airs on G4 under the name Unbeatable Banzuke. Until the 10th competition, Sasuke was broadcast as a special part of Muscle Ranking, but it became an independent program when Muscle Ranking was discontinued. The first competition was held indoors, marking the only time Sasuke did not take place outside. Competitions generally start in the daytime and continue until completed regardless of weather or darkness. After Monster9's bankruptcy on November 2011, all rights to the show fell completely into the hands of its broadcaster, Tokyo Broadcasting System. Following their acquisition of all rights to Sasuke, TBS renamed the show, Sasuke Rising.

It is a love story between Takahashi Ryohei, a caring, young yankee who runs a bicycle shop, and Hanno Tomoko, a shy 30-year-old office worker.

Daisuke Daichi, dreams of becoming a passionate teacher at a high school, but all the students in his class, the 3rd grade D, have problems that are a microcosm of today's Japanese society. One incident leads Daichi to be scouted by the BBT, a professional wrestling organization, and he also becomes active as a masked wrestler, Masked D. Daisuke, while keeping the truth hidden, struggles to save the students. Will he be able to solve the problems of the students by fighting as "Masked D" and facing them head-on? This socially-conscious school entertainment depicts a teacher who never gives up and puts his body on the line to face his students no matter what, and the students who are facing various problems!

Aoba Suzuki is a gloomy high school freshman who has always been a social outcast, and he leads a fulfilling student life in which he continues to get beat up by his classmate, Sannosuke Iwase, in what he calls “pretend fights.” One day, Kenshin Akazawa, a student in the class next door who also happens to be a superstar in the martial arts world, saves Aoba from a “pretend fight.” But when Kenshin tells Aoba, “You really are empty, huh?” Aoba can’t let it go. He declares that he wants to punch Kenshin. Aoba joins the Shark Gym, which looks like it’s on the brink of shutting down, and enters the MMA Koshie n, a competition to determine the strongest high school martial artist. NJPW Purge Night of Torture was a professional wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) that took place on November 19, 2025, at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The show was styled as a full House of Torture takeover, with the faction controlling the matchmaking, presentation, and atmosphere while featuring wrestlers from NJPW, Stardom, DDT Pro-Wrestling, Dragongate, ZERO1, NOAH, and Michinoku Pro Wrestling.

Wrestle Kingdom 20 was a professional wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) that took place on January 4, 2026, at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, featuring the official retirement match of Hiroshi Tanahashi versus his long-time rival Kazuchika Okada and a dual title match between IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Konosuke Takeshita and IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion Yota Tsuji.

DDT Pro-Wrestling held Ultimate Party 2025 on November 3, 2025, at Ryōgoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan, featuring title matches, faction clashes, and stipulation bouts. The main event saw Yuki Ueno vs. Minoru Suzuki in a Winner Takes All match for the KO-D Openweight and DDT Universal Championships, while IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Konosuke Takeshita teamed with Kaisei Takechi against Kazusada Higuchi & Takeshi Masada in a featured tag match.

Change Age 2026 ~Extraordinary Zenkai Power~ was a professional wrestling event promoted by DDT Pro-Wrestling, held on April 5, 2026 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. It featured a retirement ceremony for long-time star and former KO-D Openweight Champion Kazusada Higuchi, and the remaining members of his Harimao stable competed together one last time in the main event.
