In the film we meet the mystical Anna. She is an ambitious dentist with nothing on her mind but teeth and dentistry, a callous woman who seems to be living in her own world.

Jean tells, in an ironic way, the story of a French banker and his troublesome marriage with the adorable Jean. We hear his thoughts on love, death and marriage. The film is in English with strong French accent.

When the heroine of the film gets what she always hoped for, she becomes miserable and unhappy and really misses what she had.
