Biography
Thomas Frances is a New York-based comedian, writer, and playwright originally from Chicago, Illinois. He is the creator and host of the monthly variety show GOOFY in NYC, and the founder of Ground Floor Comedy, a digital platform for sketch comedy videos. He was a guest writer on MNN's The Special Without Brett Davis, and has written and produced plays for Annoyance Theatre NY, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and Vital Joint.
