Watts Homie Quan (Born Watts Hannin, June 19th, 1994) is an American rapper, comedian, actor, director, writer, and internet personality who is best known for his Instagram sketches. As of Season 12 to Season 15, he was one of the recurring cast members of the improv comedy show, Wild 'N Out on MTV and VH1.
