Thief Viliam, swindler Emília, and the unwitting Tobiáš are implicated in stealing St. Peter’s key. After dying and facing judgment at heaven’s gate, Saint Peter sends them back to earth with a strict deadline to recover the key or be damned. Their quest leads them to a castle where a kindly king and a beautiful princess await, but they must also outwit treacherous chancellors and foil their malicious schemes.

The story of a practical education environment without superficiality, clichés and affectations. The film is based on a real basis and shows what happens when the system fails. Set in the harsh environment of elementary school. The group of local students - young thugs are accused of rape and murder of a young trainee. The documentary First of May explores the more than a century-long evolution of the celebration and the meaning of this day. The structure is composed of memories, newspaper excerpts, testimonies found in archives, etc. - all these passages are brought to life by the actors' voices, taking on the roles of journalists, factory workers, policemen, workers and ordinary people who watch May Day, sometimes with interest and verve, sometimes with distance or irony.
