After suffering a health crisis, a dodgy nightclub owner tries to turn over a new leaf — but with all the people he's crossed, it won't be easy.

Omar returns to Egypt after 28 years to take back his father's building which was seized by those who rented its apartments. When he fails to convince the owners of the bank that occupies the ground floor to leave, he decides to rob the bank.

A group of young men whose grandfather dies, and upon distributing the inheritance, they discover that their grandfather did not leave money for them, while he left a will asking them to search for a buried treasure, and to search for the location of the treasure it becomes clear that it is inside the madhouse. They plan to enter the Hospital of the Crazies in pursuit of this treasure, and there they have a lot of comedic ironies.
