Paappi Appacha is the story of a father and son, Mathai (Innocent) and Paappi (Dileep). They live like friends and they get into all sorts of mischiefs in their village, Ithirikkandam.

Kasthuri moves to a different city to escape from a man, who has an eye on her will. However, her life is in danger when he sends his henchmen in search of her.

Due to several circumstances, Aliyar, a poor man, accepts advance payment for elephant tusks. However, when he sets out to procure the tusks, he faces a string of challenges
