Biography
Jasmin Schwiers is a German actress. Following her television debut in *Die Nacht der Nächte – School’s Out* (1997), Schwiers achieved her breakthrough in 1998 as the daughter of the matriarch Rita Kruse (played by Gaby Köster) in the RTL comedy series *Ritas Welt*. Schwiers made her feature film debut the following year in Otto Alexander Jahrreiss's comedy *Alles Bob!* By the time she graduated from school, she had already appeared in approximately 20 productions. Jasmin Schwiers lives in Cologne and is married to actor Jan van Weyde. Their daughter was born in August 2014. Her brother, Rene, is a musician in the Kölsch rock band Kasalla.

Schmidt then moved his show to Das Erste as Harald Schmidt and Schmidt & Pocher, but he returned to Sat.1 on 13 September 2011. After cancellation on Sat.1, the show continued on Sky Deutschland in September 2012.
