Biography
Grant Lee Bomar (born October 7th, 2005) is a director, writer, and actor based out of Austin, TX. He is a co-owner of the award-winning production company Big Board Films. He has been making short films with his older brother Dean for over a decade. He is part of the duo "The Bomar Brothers". Their short film, American Gothic, qualified for the 2024 Student Academy Awards. As a kid he played competitive chess, becoming the #53 in the world for his age division and winning 2 national titles. He made his first film with his brother Dean when he was 8. He won his first film festival when he was 17 and has had films screen across the country and internationally. Production on the Bomar Brother's first feature film, Watching Katarina, began in Spring 2025.
