Super lightweights Mikey Garcia and Sandor Martin will fight on Saturday October 16 in California. 33-year-old Garcia has suffered just one defeat over a 41-fight career, with his younger Spanish opponent, 28-year-old Martin, having fought just one time fewer.

Janelson Figueroa Bocachica competes in the headline bout against 2016 Olympian Alberto Palmetta. Both boxers are looking to bounce back from recent defeats. Bocachica dropped an eight-round decision defeat to Roiman Villa last year, before Jamal James handed Palmetta a 10-round loss on points in February. Victory here, though, will see either Bocachica or Palmetta get their career back on track with a return to winning ways and a world ranking boost in the lively welterweight division.

Mexican warrior Oscar Valdez faces Australian former world title challenger Liam Wilson in a special 10-round junior lightweight attraction at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
