The noble and beloved policeman Ramash, thanks to whom peace and order reign in the city of Khurmada, joins the fight against the cunning, greedy bandit Shamar. Shamar, raised by foster parents, arranges a series of crimes in the city, and Ramash stands up for Khurmada. During the active confrontation, it turns out that Ramash and Shamar are brothers separated in childhood. The brothers' investigation leads them to the trail of the culprit of the great fire that claimed the lives of Ramash and Shamar's parents.
