Biography
Mark Henry is a writer based in the Los Angeles area who most recently worked as a staff writer on DreamWorks Animation's How to Train Your Dragon contemporary set TV sequel series Dragons: The Nine Realms and co-developed and wrote the pilot for an animated wuxia-inspired retro-futuristic fantasy series for Netflix. Mark has written for Lucasfilm's Star Wars: Resistance, Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Marvel's animated series Avengers Assemble: Black Panther's Quest and Iron Man: Armored Adventures, and Netflix's Legend Quest: Masters of Myth. Previously, Mark wrote and co-directed Splat Pack, a documentary focusing on the wave of horror film directors, which included Eli Roth, Darren Lynn Bousman, Greg McLean, Adam Greene, Alexandre Aja, and Neil Marshall. A graduate of Temple University's Film and Media Arts Program, Mark also has a background in music videos and independent film production, as well as writing film reviews.
