The crew of a spacecraft returns from a mining expedition in a neighboring system with a life-changing amount of noble gas. While celebrating their future wealth, the crew notices a warning signal on the radar. Searching for an escape route, the spacecraft drives into an oil bubble. The captain is faced with a stalled engine, a leaking hull, and an injured crew member. The situation worsens when another crew member, after exiting the ship, can no longer get back inside.
