Their parents are Joan the family's adoring matriarch who would do anything for her kids - as long as she agrees with it - and John, the gregarious patriarch who's searching for ways to soften the blow of turning 70. As the family's lives unfold in four short stories each week, they try to savor these little pieces of time that flash by but stay with you forever, because these moments add up to what life's all about.

A guy gets along with the cute girl at his gym, but soon has to commit to a lie instead of asking her out.

The starts off with our four main characters Gabriella, Nathan, Jason, and Jessica sitting around on a couch wondering how they still haven't gotten married despite some of the biggest losers from their old high school already tying the knot. They all do a good job of reminding each other of their biggest flaws. Jason masturbates too much, Nathan proposes to everyone who goes on a date with him, Gabriella is a dominatrix, Jessica is obsessed with herself.

A math-obsessed young adult attempts to calculate his way to true love, but his quest for perfection leads to comic missteps and the realization that some things in life defy formulas.
