A newly arrived immigrant to the United States struggles to make money working as a server, but his inexperience and anxiety threaten to make him fail, forcing him to master the job in order to survive in his new home.

In an inn located in a jungle region near Mene Grande, a traveler from other times relives the history of a city and its inhabitants; consumed by the oil rush that led to its downfall. The short film seeks to adapt the essence of Latin American magical realism to the cinematographic language, through a Venezuelan play written by César Rengifo.

In the middle of the night, a boy is startled by the sound of breaking glass and the presence of a creature in his home. With a lamp in hand, he ventures into the hallway to discover what lurks in the darkness.
