Biography
(State of Mexico, 1999) José Iván Olivares is a filmmaker, 2D animator and founder of Memoria studio. He graduated from Centro de diseño, cine y televisión (2018-2022) with his animated short film "Fayna". Later, he studied Classical Animation at Vancouver Film School (2023) and directed "Memoria". In 2024 he ventured into the music video world with "Jardines espaciales" by the Mexican rock band Paranoia. He currently works as an animation teacher.
