Biography
Victor Chen is a Malaysian film producer, writer and director. His directorial debut short film "My Ba's Radio" was screened at Short Shorts Film Festival (Japan) among other international accolades. His producing credits include short films such as "Fish Balls", "Ah Ma", "Inmates" and "Boys". He worked on the writers room of the Malaysian box office hit "Polis EVO 3". Co-founded Transitional Cinema with Andy Darrel Gomes, they make 'in-between' films with Malaysian filmmakers. They also organise youth empowerment programmes through film workshops and community screenings.
