After a car crash causes a young composer to lose his memory, his journey to regain it causes him to reevaluate his life and reflect on his past mistakes. However, his life soon gets complicated when he discovers that he has forgotten how to create music.

The four portraits look at Moroccan women fimmakers (layla triqui, fatema loukili, farida benlyazid, izza genini), the creation of words, stories, large narratives and the simple acts of making bread, in order to ask, "What is at the heart of these stories that tell us who we are and the invisible creations that sustain us?"
