After having his license revoked for health reasons, an aviator must accept that he will never fly again.

This film tells the story of Noah, a young woman in her late twenties, who, the day after an unattached affair, finds herself pregnant and forced to make a heartbreaking choice. It is by turning to the tranquility of the countryside and to the wisdom of his grandmother Beatrice that Noah will be able to advance, step by step, in his thinking. It is sheltered by the grandiose calm of the great outdoors and by the love of his grandmother, beyond judgment, that Noah will be able to put his thoughts in order and make his decision.

Fleeing the illness of his ex-wife, Michael has not set foot in the family home for some time now. Birthday card in hand, he forces himself to return to reconnect with his son Jasmin, who takes care of his mother from home. Jasmin and Michael will face the distance that has grown between them and, for a moment, put an end to their loneliness.

In this touching documentary, filmmaker Chadi Bennani accompanies his mother, Dominique, as she sets out to empty Nicole’s apartment, her mother who passed two years prior. Through their discoveries, Dominique and Chadi share their memories of Nicole, as well as their apprehensions of a future without her.
