Two high school students form an intense connection as they navigate the challenges of discovering and expressing their truest selves.

Amelia, an attractive middle-aged woman, has been living in a marriage with a reconstructor of medieval battles for many years. The relationship gradually falls into routine, and does not give the woman sexual fulfillment. What has been dormant all life will begin to wake up when a mysterious package is found at the door of the apartment.

This is the story of three characters (brothers Tomek and Jacek and their neighbor Magda), each of them is in their own way lonely and alienated. The title character makes herself secluded. Tomek's alienation results from his neurological disease, and Jacek contacts the world mainly via the Internet. This is also a film about love. Love of one brother to the other and of one alienated human being to the other. All together it creates a very universal picture with a Polish entourage.

Kazimierz Lipecki lives in a small town, with his three children. The mother died during childbirth, the youngest, a four-year-old girl, did not develop normally. When the grandmother, the pillar of home life, is also gone, Kazimierz Lipecki and his two older children, thirteen-year-old Łukasz and eleven-year-old Ula, start a desperate fight to defend simple, superior values - mutual love and family bonds.

In 1967, extensive archaeological excavations took place near the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, during which over 16,000 objects belonging to deportees were uncovered. The excavations became the subject of a 14-minute documentary film, shot on location by director Andrzej Brzozowski. Ania Szczepańska followed in the footsteps of this film and the entire event with her film Unearthed, which she worked on for 14 years. Her documentary follows the author’s search for the circumstances surrounding the making of the film, and the significance of the excavations themselves.
