Lakshmi Deepak directs the film. Starring Sobhan Babu and Vanisri in the lead roles, the film has music by S. P. Kodandapani. Moondrejuthu (1968), a Tamil film starring Jayalalitha and Ravichandran, was translated into Telugu as Jagath Kantrilu and released.
