23 years old may be the age in life where there are the most diverse people. Some are new to society, some are already used to being a member of society, and some already have children. Although everyone is the same age, there are so many different kinds of people with diverse stories. This is a story that wants to convey the life of 23 year old's with their raw emotions and individuality.

Shizuya (Ito Kentaro), the only son of the Kanto region’s largest gang, the Shinshu Clan, which he hates being associated with, works instead for a design company. He works diligently while developing a liking for his strong-willed colleague Akino (Kakei Miwako), but when his father is shot and killed, the battle for succession intensifies. Peaceful lives are transformed.

Based on the events that happened to actor Tatsuya Yamawaki at the end of the year and beginning of the year, he transcribed almost all the facts (about 90%) by himself, tracing back the memories of those days.

The protagonist is asked to write a biography of an artist friend who lives with him, and she spends her days writing his biography. The friend is working on a piece of art by adding pictures to photographs and sewing threads on them. The protagonist goes out to look for something he can use for his friend's next work, and meets a high school girl with an eye patch in a vacant lot. He does not know if what she says is a lie or the truth. They spend a little time together while maintaining a stranger's relationship. He says goodbye to her, whom he will never see again, and today the protagonist again writes the biography of his best friend, who is also an artist.
