A young cartographer comes across a mysterious cave during his expedition, a place that resists his attempts to chart it. What begins as a rational effort to map the cave slowly transforms into a psychological struggle, as he is forced to confront the limits of his own knowledge and power.

CIRCA is an attempt to fictionally reconstruct the house of my grandparents. The only tangible place where my memories still reside and the djinn (ghost) of my grandfather remains. The film explores the empty spaces with only traces of the past life left behind.

During a train ride to her hometown Pomorie, Keti thinks back to a summer a couple of years ago when she met Ezgi, a Turkish tourist. Through faded memories, Keti looks back on a friendship that perhaps meant more than the two girls admitted at the time.
