A coming-of-age story that explores how money affects Pacific communities and their churches. The film follows a Samoan teenager who is coming to a realisation of struggle within his family, and in his attempt to support his parents, he winds up paying the price.
Two girls, same grade, and one is crushing hard. And so Georgia walks her dog past Violeta’s house every day, just to get a little closer. It’s only years later that she realizes Violeta lived on a different street altogether.
