Biography
Alex Krasimirov is a 25-year-old filmmaker from Bulgaria. He discovered his passion for filmmaking at a young age while growing up in Paris, France, where he had the opportunity to write and direct multiple short films that were selected for numerous festivals across Europe. Alex is an alumnus of the Talents Sarajevo - Directors Summit. He is currently in pre-production on a feature documentary film focusing on orphaned children living in orphanages across Bulgaria.
Known For
Paris, summer 2019. Marcio is a young Brazilian who recently moved to the French capital, hoping to find a better life there. However, reality catches up with him when he ends up broke and homeless. Without hope of integrating the working world, he survives by joining a pimping network, until a man, much more mature than him, decides to take him under his wing.
The Human Condition
Fresh out of prison, a young man drifts through the outskirts of Sofia over the course of a single day, confronting his loneliness, his family's alienation, a lost love, and a missing dog, while searching for a way to let go of his past and move forward.
