Set in a remote traditional village, a drama about Khalaf Allah (Nour El-Sherif), a dignified man beloved by the people because of his ability to predict strange events happening in the village. It also deals with the revolutions occurring across the Arab countries.

Set in Syria in the early 1900s. A peasant has his land taken from him by the authorities. He gets imprisoned and beaten by the gendarme, but manages to escape to the mountains where starts a bloody struggle for revolution.

Thirty-year-old Imane lives with her husband and three children in a modest house across from the historic citadel of Aleppo. She suddenly realizes that it's been ten years that she's been married, ten years during which she's done basically nothing more than take care of her husband and their three children.
