The film takes a look at the daily lives of people in more than two dozen countries around the world during the course of a week. In the film, celebrity friends of Jolie visit orphanages, refugee camps and other areas of concern in an effort to raise awareness and encourage cultural understanding. It is an experimental documentary that seeks to capture both the diversity of life around the globe and the similarities of the human spirit by filming in many places in the world at precisely the same moment.

Turbo-Charged Prelude is a 2003 short film, directed by Philip Atwell, featuring Paul Walker, reprising his role as Brian O'Conner, in a short series of sequences which bridge The Fast and The Furious with its first sequel, 2 Fast 2 Furious.

Simon and Sharon are a young couple heading to New York City when they make a fateful stop at a bridge on the outskirts of Manhattan. A run-in with local thugs leaves Simon and Sharon in a desperate situation. They know that if these guys catch up to them, blood is going to spill. But if they keep on running, they'll never get where they're going. In the end, there's only one way to get past this crossing...and no turning back.
