Sensitive and bird-like Árni works as a handyman at a small and dingy traveling circus touring in rural areas. The troupe is made up from a family that runs the circus, where Árni is the only non-family member. He lives like a monk, his days revolve around feeding the animals and doing various works for the circus. The circus gets a new python, and the creature piques Árni's curiosity. As he starts taming it, the process gradually makes an impact on him.

Mária, a 55-year-old plastic surgery addict and lonely nail technician, one day finds her young love, Kalman, on Tinder. Soon they arrange a meeting, but because of her disfigured face, he has no idea that she is about to go on a date with her former lover. Mary does her best to keep her true identity hidden and to appear as perfect as possible in her new look.

Edina is a middle aged, aloof intellectual, who ends up at a beauty salon doing a full-on bikini wax. As the process goes, she gets more and more in touch with her inner pain and gradually connects with her suppressed conscious.
