A human figure dressed as a woman is anatomically exposed by means of a series of photographic poses. The show is seeped from beginning to end in darkness, an allusion to the photographic negative.

Le Maillon Théatre is a huge pavilion originally built for international exhibitions. A number of people are present, but nothing happens. Something may happen outside, on the other side of the window which separates the theatre from the car park, but inside the theatre, everyone is lost.

The film is a recitation of assonance and contradictions through stones that hold an overhanging secret.

The film, dedicated to Paolo Volponi, is glimpsed through the clouds that pass over the city of Urbino. The images, immersed in a partial immobility, reveal the pain of a cultural isolation, through the eyes of a suffocating environment and obsessive reproduction of the past. Through various combinations of bricks and memories the walls of the city ooze disquieting memories oscillating between dream and reality.

In an environment coloured with talcum powder, the Soldiers of Conception escort a Child-Judge as he walks backwards across the set. When he bumps into the Tables of the Law, reality is overturned and all interiors becomes exterior.

he electronic material of video generates similarity between the drops and individuals in the incessant flow of liquid and the migrations of the population. The altered image submerged along the channels of information no longer reflects the consciousness of identity.
