Biography
Joosep Uus (born November 30, 1991) is an Estonian actor. Joosep Uus graduated from Tallinn Rahumäe Basic School and Tallinn Secondary School 32. In 2018, he graduated as an actor from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre School of Performing Arts (28th class, course instructors Anne Türnpu and Mart Koldits). From 2018 to 2020, he was an actor at Paide Theatre. He has also participated in productions at Must Kast and Vaba Lava theatres. Since January 2022, Joosep Uus has been an actor at the Estonian Youth Theatre.
Known For
The Class: Life After is a follow-up to the feature film The Class (Klass) and deals with the aftermath of a school shooting. Each one-hour episode focuses on a different character who survived or witnessed the tragic event. There are kids from the class, their parents, the class teacher, a boy who survived the shooting, and finally, one of the culprits in the very last episode.
