They end up at his childhood home where a knock on the door sends them spiraling into a confusing night of games and manipulation rooted in lies, insecurity, and fear.

After a breakup sends him into a manic, drug-fueled spiral, a bipolar comedian from Queens lands in a psych ward for the eighth time, where therapy forces him to relive the delirious path that brought him there.
