Biography
Ahmed Said Ağaoğlu was born on 16 August 2003 in Ankara. His first two short films, “Farewell Shakespeare!” and “Searching For A Surgeon,” were selected as finalists at several national and international film festivals - including Adana Golden Ball, Akbank, and Sinepark. He is currently working on his third short film, “Mascara.” His greatest inspirations are Bob Dylan, Basquiat, Michael Jordan, and William Shakespeare. His films focus particularly on character-driven narratives. Ağaoğlu is a senior undergraduate student in the Communication and Design Department at Bilkent University.
