Two men are met with a rack of white clothes somewhere in the forest, they fight and find themselves transported into a blank dimension and get a glimpse of what it’s all about.

This film is about a fisherman who lives in Isla Puting Bato, where the Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program and the relocation of the informal settlers are about to happen as part of a clean-up drive. Some fishermen like him believe that after more than two decades, their fishing is about to come to an end. They get their food and income directly and indirectly through fishing and other related works like seafood trading, fishnet mending, and fish processing.

Out of desperation, Carlos, a victim of a corrupt and violent demolition, invades a stranger's home to steal and loot for his family.

The film will start showing a white wall. A phone will ring. A lady will answer it in a stop motion while she giggles and places the phone in front of her. The video call is the lens now, and it is in night vision mode.
