Policeman Pavel Kravtsov is a rather strange man. If he has to handcuff someone, he apologizes and asks if he is pressing. He is ambitious but honest; he is young but thoughtful. With such inclinations, you can't really make a career in the city police. So a city man, senior Lieutenant Kravtsov, gets through to the remote village of Anisovka by an ordinary district police officer.
The main participant in the secret police experiment "Undercover Taxi" Alexei Turbin enters into a deadly battle with a gang terrorizing the city. Every day he patrols the streets in a specially equipped taxi and simultaneously conducts a personal investigation. Colleagues consider the Turbine to be a magnet for trouble — because it constantly finds itself in the epicenter of events. But it is this quality that helps him solve the most complicated crimes.

But not all the NEPmen are ready to pay for these services what makes Uncle Kolya to send his combat groups to these people. The most famous and productive of these groups is the Rodya’s gang. Rodya is former anarchist, sharp thug, fancy pants and ladykiller.
