Georges Sifianos

Tutu is a small boy who lives with his grandmother in a working class neighborhood in Paris. Often punished by this bitter woman, eager for affection, he is seduced by a young neighbour. One day he steals a seashell for her. His life is turned upside down.

The film was shot during the period of the dictatorship and is an attempt to criticize in a veiled, suggestive way, for understandable reasons, the American model of life.

This was made without looking at the drawings during the animation. A challenge that materializes the writer's perplexity: in a world of "communication", what does "seeing" mean?
