Biography
Born on April 18, 1952, he is a sociologist from the Central University of Venezuela, with a PhD in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Paris 7-Tours, France. He is a photographer and filmmaker trained at the Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français. His career in the visual arts is recognized within the fields of research and criticism. He was president of the Cinemateca Nacional de Venezuela.
