The Buenos Aires Children's Trust is a center dedicated to protecting disadvantaged children. In 1939, the world's first symphony orchestra, composed exclusively of blind young people, was founded there. For decades, eleven teenagers devoted themselves to music body and soul. Basilio, the last survivor of that orchestra, is about to retire. The film shows how Braille scores are made and read, how the instruments are played, and describes the story behind each of the Trust's rooms.

Explores the figure of the labor attaché as a diplomatic figure that emerged during Perón's first administration in Argentina. This initiative represented a cultural conflict by opening spaces in Argentine politics, such as the foreign ministry and foreign relations, to workers.
Agregados obreros

In August 1999, a group of friends began a trip through the Argentine northwest aboard a mobile home. His initial goal was to screen films for free in small towns over 3,000 kilometers. An extreme and contradictory country comes out to meet him. Kilometer by kilometer, the original certainties become more and more diffuse. During his last screening something happens. The course is totally lost.
