An eccentric TV host surrounded by an incompetent crew, reports the story of four lonely tenants that after a blackout in the middle of summer, have created the invention of the century.

Alexey spends his life in a single room building paper airplanes, eating only at the sound of a bell and never breaking the rules of his work. Deep down, he plans to escape to see the outside world, until the arrival of a new colleague puts his plan in danger.
