Biography
Colby Barrios is an L.A. based Venezuelan-American writer and director. He is a 2024 Directing Fellow graduate from the American Film Institute Conservatory. Having begun his career in comedy and produced over a hundred standup comedy specials, he finds interest in the comedic and the questions that scare us the most. Barrios is developing a handful of feature films exploring deep-seated fears, horrifying comedy, and strange character relationships.
