Commander Dandar is falsely charged with treason and sent to live the rest of his life in war camp with the very enemies he once fought.

The philosophy of the film is that the Mongolian heritage, customs, and humanity are being diminished day by day, the destruction of small nations deeply affected by the winds of globalization, and the behavior of today's people who are abandoning the teachings of their ancestors, are related to the life of Khutagt Danzanravjaa and the adventures of the steppe wolf.

The film, dedicated to the 800th anniversary of the founding of the Great Mongol Empire, presents the history of the establishment of the Mongolian state in a documentary form.

It is a Mongolian feature film released in 2003.
