Romell Foster-Owens

James Brown III, also known as Secret Agent 00 Soul, is an elite international operative who finally tells off the government and fulfills his longtime dream of opening a detective agency in his hold neighborhood. His once plush workspace is no a ramshackle hole-in-the-wall above a chicken and ribs joint, and instead of being surrounded by glamourous female agents, the is being shaken down by his son Junior, a 400-pound ne'er-do-well who wouldn't know hard work if it hit him in the face. Nonetheless, 00 Soul is able to transform an unlikely bunch of misfits into the wackiest group of oddball detectives ever to hit the 'hood.

Donna Bon Viant (Belaine) is a college student, who has to complete an assignment on the 14th century for her African American literature class. She chooses to base her writings on The Three Musketeers, a famous novel by Alexandre Dumas, père. Donna begins to read the novel and falls asleep in the process. She dreams a zany dream involving the adventures of "The Three Muscatels". The adventures include a number of people in Donna's life including students in her class, members of her family, and an alcoholic she met earlier in the day named Russell (Pryor).

Tension runs high for writer/director Matthew Steele as he awakens in shock to find himself surrounded by six dead women with a 9mm in-hand. In a desperate search for answers, he is confronted by a mysterious caller who taunts him unrelentingly and strives to push him to the brink of insanity. As this spiraling mind-twist of mystery and suspense unfolds, Matthew also finds himself caught between a perpetuating nightmare that seemingly will not end and a suicidal reality that oddly mirrors his dark, demented screenplay called, "The Enemy". —Alexander Kane
