The film focuses on Gilboa-Dalal’s experience of captivity in Hamas tunnels, and it incorporates dream sequences in an anime style and Japanese music, highlighting his love of Japan and his yearning for freedom. Gilboa-Dalal was held captive by Hamas for two years before his release. The film was produced in his absence.
