Biography
Carlos Antonio Rios Morales, also known as Antonio Rios, is a filmmaker born in Mexico but raised in Singapore. He went to Ngee Ann Polytechnic to pursue a Film, Sound and Video Diploma. After serving in the Singapore Civil Defence Force for his National Service where he was a part of the Media Department, Antonio went to Norwich University of the Arts to get his bachelor's degree in film and Moving Image production.
